Josh worked as a teacher, instructional coach, and high school administrator for 14 years before joining Chronicle Cinema. He has expertise in organizational management, teacher coaching, editing, restorative practices, and research/analysis in diversity and inclusion, specifically in the area of LGBTQIA+ leadership. He also works with schools on advocacy, consultation, and coaching for building affirmative LGBTQIA+ environments for students and staff. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his beautiful twin daughters.
